Where we ship

HersCouture currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. Checkout availability depends on an eligible delivery address.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

For a merchandise subtotal below USD 99 after discounts and before taxes, Standard Shipping is USD 9.99. For a merchandise subtotal of USD 99 or more after discounts and before taxes, Standard Shipping is free. Express Shipping is USD 19.99 where available. The method and charge shown at checkout for the eligible address control the order.

Tracking

When the shipment service supports tracking, tracking information is provided after the order ships. Tracking events can take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs and import charges

Under HersCouture’s current fulfillment model, customers are not charged additional customs duties or import fees on eligible orders shipped to our supported markets. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged by HersCouture. If a destination-specific exception would require a different customer charge, it must be disclosed before the order is completed.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other events outside HersCouture’s control.
